You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be 50% with contract and 50% on the day of the event. Corporate & Private Caricatures agrees to provide entertainment as specified above. The sponsor agrees to furnish any necessary insurance, licensing, amusement tax that might be needed. All work will be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon agreement. All agreements are contingent upon accidents, delays or illness beyond control.
